Bee Huey began her career at a Big 4 accounting firm, auditing a diversified portfolio spanning trading, manufacturing, investment holdings, and hotel development. She subsequently gained broad industry experience across trading, manufacturing, and healthcare.
She has extensive expertise in financial accounting, policies and procedures development, accounting system implementation, internal controls, taxation, human resources, and administration.
Principal Advisor
Chris started his career at a Big 4 firm and currently serves as a principal advisor for both listed and non-listed companies. He brings deep experience in corporate finance, accounting, audit, and tax across manufacturing, semiconductors, construction, hospitality, statutory boards, retail, electronics, shipping, and pension schemes.
Chris has assisted companies with SGX-ST IPOs, merger & acquisition transactions, tax advisory, and related corporate finance matters.
Director
Qian Nuo started her career in audit and subsequently pursues her career in Accounting & Outsourcing services providing accounting, payroll and GST solutions to local and international clients.
Her experience covers various industries which include manufacturing and distribution, retail, food and beverages services, advertising agency, media productions, trading, services, logistics, construction, non-profit organisation, reinsurance agency, shipping and investments.
She is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant (ISCA).

Jeffrey has over two decades of leadership experience across banking, finance and compliance. He offers a unique ability to integrate strategic thinking and organisational leadership in complex environments.

Eisuke arrived in Singapore in 2002 and obtained Permanent Residence in 2006. Over more than two decades, he has held senior roles at US and European MNCs as head of Japan Desk, providing accounting, tax, and consultancy support for Japanese companies across the SEA region.
His Singapore career spans recruitment consulting, SOX compliance, payroll management, relationship management, M&A advisory, and relocation consulting for Japanese corporates and individuals.
