Bee Huey started her career in a Big 4 accounting firm, where she audited a diversified portfolio of companies in trading, manufacturing, investment holdings and hotel development.
Subsequently, she joined various industries ranging from trading, manufacturing and healthcare. She has extensive experience in financial accounting, policies and procedures development, setting up accounting systems and internal controls, taxation, human resources and administration.
She holds a Professional Degree in Accountancy and is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant (ISCA).
Chris Choo
Principal Advisor
Chris Choo started his career in a Big 4 accounting firm. He is also presently a principal advisor for listed and non-listed companies.
He has extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, audit and tax experience spanning a range of industries including public companies, multinational, not-for-profit organisations and the private sector.
His industry professionalism includes manufacturing, semiconductor, constructions, hospitality, statutory boards, retail, electronics, shipping and pension schemes. In his profession, he has been assisting companies going for Initial Public Offering in SGX-ST, merger & acquisition, tax and related advisory.
He holds the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) qualification and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).
Noma Eisuke
Director of Japanese Desk
Noma Eisuke came to Singapore in 2002 and obtained Permanent Residence in 2006. He has worked in US & European MNC for many years as the head of Japan Desk providing support in accounting, tax and related consultancy work. He has significant experience serving Japanese companies in the SEA region.
In Singapore and over a span of 20 years, he worked as a Recruitment Consultant, SOX compliance specialist, payroll manager, a relationship manger, an M&A advisor and a relocation consultant.
2002年に来星、日系人材紹介会社、英国系大手通信企業、欧州系監査法人、そして欧州系大手会計コンサル企業でジャパンデスク責任者として多数従事した経験を保有。
